Take National Road 5 north. Go under the Japanese Bridge for about 1/2 kilometer. On the right pass a Tela gas station next to the River Palace Hotel, then a PTT gas station. Both are on the right. 50 meters past the PTT station, the entrance to the Catholic church compound is on the left side of the street, to the right of the Beltei International Institute, an eight-story school.
